YOU: It is our number one goal to create a comforting and relaxing experience for you. If at ANY time, you are uncomfortable for ANY REASON, please tell us and we'll make adjustments for you. Come as you are, as there is no special way to dress for your spa experience.

APPOINTMENTS: Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service. Arriving late may result in a shortened service. We invite you to arrive early so that you may unwind with a cup of tea, coffee, or water prior to your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS: We require 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. We understand that emergencies and illnesses occur, however, after 2 short-notice cancellations or no-shows, we will assess a serivce charge of half the value of any future missed appointments.

AMENITIES: Lifespa is pleased to offer a jet shower experience room. This amenity is included with services valued at $99 or above OR can be added as a service enhancement for an additional $9 to any Lifespa service.

PAYMENT: We gladly accept credit, check, cash, and gift certificates as methods of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Expreess, and Discover cards.
